Terms of service.

All photographs taken by APS Photography are protected by copyright law and remain the intellectual property of the photographer. Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the final images for personal use only, such as printing, sharing on social media (with proper credit), and personal archiving. Clients may not sell, edit, or use the images for commercial or promotional purposes without written permission or a separately negotiated licensing agreement. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of the images is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
